New Machinery Arrived to Lettie Stuart Pottery!

05.01.23

In the end of November last year we received new machinery and now, in the beginning of January both Peter (poetter from Hungary) and Guðbjörg (potter from Iceland) are returning to the pottery, to get the machinery up and running as well as to work on product development!

Here is a little recap about our adventure, picking up the machinery:
Friday the 25th of November was a happy day, as well as a very eventful one. We left the office to retrieve the machinery for the Lettie Stuart Pottery that we have been waiting for since February! Down at the docks, we had a few hindrances but all were resolved succesfully and blissfully. Teamwork makes the dream work. It took us quite some time but by the afternoon the new machinery and the team arrived safe and sound at the Lettie Stuart Pottery, greeted by happy potters who have been waiting very patiently for this new equipment.

The crusher machine will elevate the pottery in quality and efficiency. Peter our pottery specialist from Hungary is arriving in January and will help with getting the machinery up and running, he will also bring some additional tools. He will be at the pottery for a month and we are very thankful for his help and cooperation. Peter has been working with LSP since 2019, read about it here!
