Fyrsta skrefið í að opna fiskvinnslustöðina í Tombo, Sierra Leone var tekið þann 25 september 2015 þegar farið var að selja ís til viðskiptavina. Viðskiptavinirnir eru fyrst og fremst þeir sem tengjast fiskveiðum en einnig aðrir t.d. konur sem eru með litla sölubása og selja drykki.
Þetta er fyrsti kúnninn í Tombo. Hún heitir Isata Sawa og keypti tvo poka af ís til þess að geta kælt drykkina sem hún selur.
