Nýjar sólarrafhlöður settar upp í Lettie Stuart keramiksetrinu

Í síðustu viku voru settar upp nýjar sólarrafhlöður í Lettie Stuart keramiksetrinu sem viðbót við þær sem fyrir voru og eru notaðar sem orkugjafi fyrir setrið. Þessi aukning í sólarorku er liður í að uppfæra setrið og nútímavæða og mun gera keramikerum þess kleift að nota nútímalegri tækjakost en áður hefur verið til staðar. Bæði nýi tækjakosturinn og sólarrafhöðunar eru styrktar af Utanríkisráðuneyti Íslands. Við bindum vonir við að hvort tveggja sólarorkan og tækjakosturinn muni reynast setrinu og starfsfólki þess og framvindu verkefnisins í heild sinni afar vel!
