Methodology
How we measure impact
Each year, Aurora Foundation conducts a structured assessment of the Sweet Salone programme — interviewing artisans, recording production volumes, and documenting changes in household income and living conditions.
The data covers all artisan groups active in that year, production quantities by category, designer partnerships, and — most importantly — the direct human outcomes for the people behind each piece.
