Aurora Foundation Hosts Successful Training of Trainers (ToT) Program

01.03.25

Aurora Foundation recently held an enriching four-day Training of Trainers (ToT) program at the Aurora House, from the 25th to 28th of February. This comprehensive internal training was designed to enhance the skills of our team in key areas such as training fundamentals, coaching and mentoring, communications, social media management, as well as photography and videography for effective documentation.

The sessions were highly interactive and engaging, with a focus on practical group exercises that encouraged collaboration and a hands-on approach to learning. The high energy throughout the program reflected the commitment of participants, who eagerly embraced new strategies and techniques to apply in their work.

Our team had the unique opportunity to refine their skills in various areas, including the creation of compelling content for social media and understanding how to manage online presence. The photography and videography training, facilitated by the talented team at Seyester Studios, was a highlight. Their insightful session on how to capture powerful images and tell stories through visuals provided valuable tools for the team to enhance their documentation efforts.

Aurora Foundation would like to express sincere gratitude to Seyester Studios for their contribution to the training. Their expertise in photography and videography gave the participants a fresh perspective on how to effectively communicate through imagery, elevating our team’s capacity to share our work with the world.
