Meet Kadijatu Arieu Aziz-Kamaraa, Founder of Ageless Beauty
Part of the 2025 Aurora Startup Accelerator Programme

We are proud to feature Kadijatu Arieu Aziz-Kamaraa, one of the passionate entrepreneurs in the 2025 Aurora Startup Accelerator Programme, funded by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Iceland. She is the founder of Ageless Beauty, a natural skincare brand based in Sierra Leone that has steadily grown, now serving over 3,000 customers in and around the country.

Kadijatu was inspired to start her business after observing a growing number of people suffering from various skin issues. With knowledge of natural remedies and a desire to offer safer alternatives, she began producing herbal soaps, creams, oils, and scrubs—all made with ingredients that are gentle, soothing, and protective for the skin. Her formulations use a variety of natural products such as carrots, honey, sugar, cinnamon, palm kernel oil, coconut oil, aloe vera gel, turmeric, and essential oils, adjusted to suit different skin types.

Her journey has been driven largely by digital engagement. Online marketing has been her primary channel for reaching customers, and it was through digital platforms that she first learned about the Aurora Startup Accelerator Programme. Since joining, Kadijatu has taken part in a series of practical trainings covering entrepreneurship, business model development, finance, and marketing. She has also received ongoing support from Aurora Foundation’s team through classroom sessions and field visits.

Prior to joining the programme, Kadijatu was involved with the Young Potential Initiative Sierra Leone, a nonprofit organization. At the time, due to limited knowledge of branding and marketing, she adopted their name and logo for her own products. With the support and training from the accelerator, she is now in the process of rebranding her business uner the name “Ageless Beauty” to establish a distinct identity and strengthen her market presence.

Kadijatu’s dedication to natural skincare, combined with her openness to learning and growth, makes her a standout participant in this year’s accelerator cohort. Ageless Beauty is not only delivering high-quality skincare solutions but also contributing to the growing wave of women-led enterprises in Sierra Leone.
